There are three ways to reach us:

- email: support@blacklabr.com
- in the app: Profile → gear → Support → Contact us. It opens a new email to support@blacklabr.com in your mail app.
We do not provide phone support.
Who answers
The first reply comes from Alexa, our AI assistant, usually within a minute. A person from our team reads the
conversations too. If you want a person, just say so.
Reporting a problem with Fishing App
To help us find the cause quickly, tell us:
- your iPhone model;
- your iOS version (iOS Settings → General → About);
- the version of Fishing App (in the app: Profile → gear → About);
- what you did and what happened — a screenshot helps, and so does the exact text of any message the app showed.
Please do not delete the app while we look into a problem: deleting it removes your records from the phone. Reinstalling
the app or changing phones
Before you write
The answer may already be here:
- Location does not work
- The forecast shows no data or looks outdated
- The map is blank or a place has no name
- Catch conditions do not appear
