## Edit a catch

1. Open the catch — tap its pin on the map, or **Profile → Catches** and tap it.
2. Tap **⋯**, then **Edit**. The sheet **Edit catch** opens with everything filled in.
3. Change what you need: the species, photos, length, weight, place, date and time, **Released**, your notes.
4. Tap **✓** in the top right corner.

**✓** is grey until something has changed. To leave without saving, tap **✕** and choose **Discard**.

If you change the place or the time, the conditions of the catch (tide, wind, pressure, moon and the score) are worked out again; for a moment the catch shows "Conditions will fill in shortly".

## Delete a catch

1. Open the catch.
2. Tap **⋯**, then **Delete**.
3. Confirm with **Delete**. The app asks "Delete catch?" and warns that this removes the catch and its photos.

Or, without opening it: on the **Profile** tab, touch and hold the catch, then tap **Delete**.

The catch, its pin and the photos kept in the app are removed.

## Good to know

- **Deleting cannot be undone.** There is no trash and no way to restore a deleted catch.
- Photos saved in your iPhone's photo library are not removed.
- Editing and deleting work without a connection and are synchronised later.
